Taglio Laser
Il taglio laser consiste in un processo di separazione termica dei materiali. Il raggio laser, che raggiunge temperature molto elevate, colpisce la superficie del materiale arrivando a fonderla. A questo punto, seguendo il profilo prescelto, si procede al taglio effettivo della lamiera. Questa lavorazione ha molti vantaggi. Oltre all’elevata precisione, si ha la possibilità di tagliare svariati materiali, si evita l’usura dei macchinari e si ottiene una sigillatura ottimale dei bordi
Pressopiegatura
La pressopiegatura consiste nella piegatura di lamiere affinché queste acquisiscano la forma che viene commissionata dal cliente conto terzi. Il modellamento dei metalli può essere effettuato su lotti più o meno grandi. I metalli che vengono lavorati presso la nostra azienda sono ferro, ferro prezincato, acciaio inox e alluminio.
